With rapid product expansion in our SaaS analytics tools, automated data feeds and build-up of full-service strategic analytics, eDataSource is looking for Junior and Senior Sales Account Executives to help manage, identify and close new opportunities primarily from eCommerce retail and eCommerce service companies. We are looking for self-starters who have a successful background as a closer of enterprise level deals in a consultative selling environment and can continue to grow our pipeline.Our Account Executives are "go-getters", savvy and intelligent with a strong background in email and social media and the ability to collaborate with our customer service, marketing and business development teams. Successful individuals will have the opportunity to rapidly move into a leadership position.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Create and drive revenue from new business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and follow up on incoming and trade show leads with some cold-calling possibly required from time to time.
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Assist with sales cycle development – from lead generation to closing business
- Be a SalesForce champion.
- Generate leads from trade shows and regional networking events.
Requirements/Qualifications
- A proven sales closer and hunter.
- Minimum 1-3 years of technical collaborative sales experience.
- Proven relationships and solid knowledge of the email and/or ecommerce space.
- Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
- Superior professional presence and business acumen.
- Thorough understanding of MS Office applications and Internet.
- Experience with and effective use of SalesForce.
- Experience selling at the VP and C level.
- Email marketing experience is an important plus.
- Experience from an ESP, MSP or eCommerce Platform is a plus.

What we are looking for
- Extensive understanding of CentOS/Ubuntu Linux, MySQL, NoSQL Technologies, Shell Scripting, TCP/IP routing, iptables, VMWare, Puppet, and Hardware
- Understanding of Hadoop/HBase and a strong interest in 'Big Data'
- Experience working with large scale datasets (multiple terabytes)

Java Developer
eDataSource is seeking a Java Developer. This contract-to-hire position requires 40 hours per week and is a remote/telecommute position.eDataSource is the creator of EDS Analyst™.
EDS Analyst™ combines analytics and a searchable database of more than 10,000,000 email marketing messages to allow 25% of the top 20 Internet Retailers to make the critical decisions that affect their brand.
Must have experience with object-oriented design and development, preferably in Java and have experience with regular expressions. Experience with css-style selectors is also preferred. A qualified candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be able to self-manage their time.
Requirements
- 1-2 years object-oriented experience
- Strong development skills in Java or C#
- Prior experience and/or knowledge of regular expressions
- Ability to analyze a dataset and generate the necessary object model to most effectively represent that data
Other Nice-to-haves
- A good grasp of undergraduate-level statistics
- Experience with a source code control system, such as Git or Subversion
- A working knowledge of Linux and MySQL, Skype
- A reverence for clean, simple, elegant coding ability
